To delete your imzala.org account, go to Settings > Delete Account in the mobile app. You can also write to [email protected] without using the app, from the email address registered to your account or quoting your registered phone number; we will process your request after verifying your identity. After confirmation you can sign in and cancel the deletion within 30 days. After that period your profile, contact and login data are deleted or anonymised; signed contracts and signature records, as well as payment and invoice records, are kept for the statutory retention period (up to 10 years), then deleted or anonymised.
